About Pat
Meet Pat Fortini
A dedicated community leader, family man and tireless volunteer running to represent the people of Caledon Ward 4.

Pat with his family.
Pat Fortini has spent his life rolling up his sleeves and getting to work for the people around him. Grounded by family and driven by a deep sense of duty to his community, Pat believes public service is about one thing above all else: showing up for people, day in and day out.
Over the years, Pat has become a familiar face at the causes that hold communities together — helping raise significant funds for local hospitals and healthcare, delivering food to families in need, supporting toy and holiday drives, planting trees, and cleaning up the parks and green spaces we all share. He doesn't do it for recognition; he does it because he believes strong communities are built by neighbours who care.
That same commitment is what he wants to bring to the council table for Caledon Ward 4. Pat understands that residents want a representative who listens, who is easy to reach, and who will fight for responsible growth, safer roads, fair budgets and the services families and seniors depend on.
As Caledon continues to grow, Pat is determined to protect what makes it special — its rural character, its natural beauty and its close-knit hamlets — while making sure the community is planned and served the right way.
