Priorities

A clear plan for Ward 4

Practical priorities focused on what residents actually care about — growth that respects our community, safe roads, respect for tax dollars, and a councillor who is always accessible.

01

Responsible, Managed Growth

Caledon is one of the fastest-growing communities in the region. I will fight for growth that respects our official plan, protects prime agricultural land and green space, and ensures new development comes with the roads, parks and services residents deserve — not congestion and rushed approvals.

02

Roads, Traffic & Infrastructure

From rural road maintenance to intersection safety and traffic calming in our hamlets, residents deserve infrastructure that works. I will push for a transparent capital plan that prioritizes safety, maintenance and the projects Ward 4 has been waiting for.

03

Fiscal Responsibility & Value

Families and seniors are feeling the squeeze. I will scrutinize every budget line, question spending that doesn't serve residents, and make sure Caledon delivers strong services without waste. Good government is about accountability and results.

04

Community, Recreation & Seniors

A great community is more than roads and taxes. I will champion accessible recreation, support for our seniors, safe spaces for youth, and the local events and volunteer groups that make Caledon feel like home.

05

Protecting Our Environment

I have spent years planting trees and cleaning up green spaces with local conservation groups. On council I will bring that same commitment — protecting the Niagara Escarpment, our watersheds and natural heritage for the next generation.

06

Accessible, Accountable Representation

You should never have to wonder where your councillor stands or how to reach them. I will hold regular community meetings, answer my phone, and represent Ward 4 with the energy, honesty and hard work residents expect.
